conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.

• As per Govt norm you are required to present your photo ID Proof such as PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID or Driving License at the time of Check in at the hotel.

• Passport validity should be at least 6 months from the date of travel.

• Baggage: 30 Kg Checkin luggage + 7 Kg hand luggage allowed.

• Passengers are advised to carry 02 Passports size photo and Passport with minimum 06 months validity OR valid Voter ID Card only.

• For child – Birth certificate with stamp of notary required (Birth certificate should be in English language).

• Buying and selling of tobacco products is banned in Bhutan.

• Smoking in public is a punishable offense. You will be required to pay duty even if you wish to carry cigarettes into Bhutan.

• Do not try to buy antiques when shopping as you are not allowed to take them across the border.

• Indian Rupee of denominations up to Rs. 100 can be freely used anywhere in Bhutan. However, Rs. 500 and Rs. 2000 notes are illegal to carry and use in the country.

• The legal drinking age is 18 years and above.

• Tipping is not customary in Bhutan but you may want to give tips to your guides and drivers. If you have been trekking, it is advised to tip the guide, cook and waiter and your horsemen.
